These terms cover this website and the Superorganic growth service, run by Dreamspaces (Spain). Questions: guillermo@getsuperorganic.com.

How it starts

Applying or booking a call is free and doesn't commit you to anything. If we agree to work together, we confirm the package, price and start date in writing and send a Stripe payment link. The service starts once that first payment is made.

Packages, billing and the minimum

• Packages are billed monthly in advance, or 3 months upfront at the discounted price.
• There's a 3-month minimum. After that it runs month to month, and you can switch package or stop with notice before your next billing date.
• Creator fees for human UGC are paid by you, on top of the package.

Our guarantees

• 30-day money back: if you're not happy in your first 30 days, tell us and we refund your first payment in full, no questions asked.
• Monthly output: each month we deliver the amounts listed in your package. If we miss them, that month's fee is refunded or not charged.

We guarantee the work we ship, not specific rankings, views, signups or revenue. Those depend on things outside our control, like your product, pricing, site and platforms' algorithms.

What we need from you

Access to your site and analytics, the accounts we post from, and feedback on content within 48 hours. If reviews or access are delayed, the delivery schedule moves with them.

Content and ownership

Once paid for, everything we make for you is yours to use, including articles, videos, slideshows, landing pages and onboarding copy. We may mention you as a client and share anonymised results unless you ask us not to.

Platform rules

We follow each platform's rules, including Reddit's and each subreddit's. We can't control platform decisions such as removals, bans or algorithm changes, and they don't count as missed output.

Liability

Our total liability is limited to the fees you paid in the 3 months before the issue. We're not liable for indirect losses such as lost profit. Nothing here limits rights you have under consumer law.

Changes and law

We may update these terms and will tell active clients before changes affect them. These terms are governed by the laws of Spain.
